Should schools be allowed to search student cell phones? - cell phone seizure
Recently I read an article on the following website: http://www.times-herald.com/education/Sc ...
The Board of Education of Coweta County, Georgia allows school students looking for phones "cell for text, images, incoming and outgoing calls, etc., if they have a" reasonable suspicion "or if you started with the school.
What do you think of this new policy? You, too, that against the 4th Amendment prohibits the search for a person, searches and seizures?
